Roslyn’s Camino Walk for Mental Health
This October, Rtn Roslyn Stewart is setting out to walk the Camino in Spain! The timing couldn’t be better, as it coincides with Mental Health Month and the Black Dog Institute’s Walk for Mental Health.
The Black Dog Institute does incredible work:
✔️ 24/7 helplines and counselling
✔️ Leading mental health research
✔️ Training for communities & professionals
✔️ Support for Indigenous mental health
✔️ Easy-to-access online tools & self-help courses
With lived experience of chronic mental illness and now in recovery Roslyn is passionate about giving back so others can access the same support she did. She’s set herself a fundraising target of $1000, and this walk is her way of contributing to a cause close to her heart.
Let’s cheer Roslyn on and help her reach her goal! 🌟
