We will be discussing Rtn Rebecca Fry’s eye-opening presentation “The Missing Millennials” first shared as a keynote at the Fit For Purpose convention in Sydney. Rebecca dives into why millennials aren’t joining Rotary and what we can do about it.

Rtn Jenny shared that Port Moresby General Hospital is accepting used medical equipment from Australia but only for regional hospitals.
Preparations continue for the upcoming SHARE working bee, with a huge influx of donated school uniforms and sleeping bags distributed to youth services in Melbourne.
Peter gave a heartfelt talk about his journey through depression and recovery, supported by his wife and colleagues.
His initiative Project 365 uses music, community events, and education to push mental health conversations into the open, especially in industries that traditionally avoid them.
Peter encouraged us to check in with others, ask simple questions, and seek help, often beginning with a GP.

🎓 Rotary Leadership Institute - Build Your Confidence & Leadership
The Rotary Leadership Institute offers training for every stage of Rotary membership, from new members to seasoned leaders. Helping deepen understanding of Rotary beyond the club and strengthen leadership skills for service.
Three Zoom-based programs are available:
Level 1 – New Member Orientation: A friendly 4-hour introduction to the Rotary world. ($15)
Level 2 – Cornerstone: For members with 12+ months experience who are ready to grow into leadership roles. ($30)
Level 3 – Graduate Program: Advanced development for experienced Rotarians, including real-world leadership practice and peer mentoring. ($15)
All sessions include full support materials and guidance from experienced facilitators. If you’re ready to grow, learn, and expand your impact this is a great opportunity to jump in!

Our membership has grown from 19 to 37 in just over a year , a fantastic reflection of our strong club culture, community relevance, and welcoming spirit.
