New Fence for Child Care Centre, Angkor Krau Community, Cambodia
The Commune Chief of the village area where Cambodia Clean Water & Toilet Project is working, asked if we could help her.
She explained that a child care centre had been established to assist families in local villages.
Cambodia Clean Water and Toilet Project (CCWTP) decided to help, and our team have built a solid brick fence along the frontage of the child care centre.
We also took the opportunity to provide an example of a fence that would be solid, maintenance free and long lasting.
The result is a quality fence that will provide a safe environment for the young children at the centre.
Cambodia Clean Water and Toilet Project used the remainder of the Rotary e-Club of Change Makers' donation in June 2026 for this installation. Although it is slightly outside Cambodia Clean Water and Toilets Project's normal operations it was felt that it was a vital need for this community.
